Where Is He Now
Bernie “Bucky” Madeoff
Why was there ever any surprise that somebody
with the name Madeoff had done exactly that with
the life savings of just about everybody on the planet ?
Maybe folks were just to preoccupied giving what
ever else they had to ”Gold Men with Sacks“. At present
It seems Bernie and his story have pretty much gone
where the sun don’t shine. Reason enough dear reader
to kickoff our new mini feature “Where are they now”
with a Bernie Madeoff check in .


It would appear to be a lemons to lemonade story for the
resourceful Mr. Madeoff referred to as “Bucky” by his
many new and incarcerated friends at the Butner N.C.
Federal Corrections Complex. The chief warden who
requested anonymity in this interview remarked as follows.
Bucky’s bust couldn’t have come at a better time for our
cash strapped facility. In his brief time with us here at “The
Butt” he has stepped forward in a big way to show staff,
and inmates alike a world of tricks anybody can put in to
place for their economic betterment. Thanks to Bucky’s
creative techniques a lotta otherwise losers may actually
profit from this experience, myself included !

That may be the very reason officials at “The Butt” gave a big
thumbs up a while back to Bernie’s (Bucky’s) project. Mr. B has
embarked upon a challenge which will leave an enduring legacy
as well as his mark in the Guinness Book of World Records.
Currently Bernie is hard at work constructing two of the worlds largest paper balls made entirely of 500.00 dollar bills.A metaphoric tribute of sorts to ( in Bernies words) “gutsy American entrepreneurialism“.

Even at this very early stage corrections officials have made
necessary modifications to his cell in order to accommodate
the swelling spheres. Bernie encourages folks all about the globe
to join him in this historical undertaking. Mr “B” is quick to
borrow from so many fund raising entities with the following
statement.”Your small gift of even a single 500.dollar bill can
make a big difference”. In closing he stated that at this point he
feels truly in his element. For the fact that when it comes to handling the “Big Cash” it always comes down to whose got
the Biggest Balls.. And that friends is an area where “Bucky”
seems to have always had a firm grasp
